Variety: 50% Merlot, 50% Rebo
Yield: 64 hl/ha
Harvest and selection of manual grapes, between mid and late September. Destemming of the grapes with light pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature with daily punching and pumping over for a period of 7-10 days. The wine is then aged in third and fourth passage barriques for 6-7 months. The assembly takes place one month before bottling.

CHARACTER OF THE WINE
Colour: glossy ruby red
Bouquet: fruity notes of cherry and blueberry with the addition of aromas of
herbs such as mint and eucalyptus, enriched with a background of toasting
Taste: thanks to the velvety tannin and pronounced fruity aromas, this wine is a perfect accompaniment to the
presents soft and fresh to the palate with an invitation to drink immediately
Furlet Rosso goes well with rich first courses such as pasta with meat sauce and sausage risotto, also interesting to drink with eggplant parmigiana. A good combination is also found with tartare and carpaccio.
