50% Vermentino, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Malvasia Sarda
Production Area: Is Crabilis (Ussana) and Acquasassa - Serdiana (CA) Vineyards
Soil: sandy and clayey limestone rich in skeleton, medium hilly, 150/180 m above sea level.
Vinification: the grapes, after soft crushing, are left to macerate with the addition of selected yeasts for a few hours, after racking the must continues fermentation, after cleaning, in stainless steel tanks.
Refinement: at the end of fermentation the wine undergoes a slight clarification and continues its refinement in stainless steel until the month of February, after which it is bottled and aged for a few months in bottle before being released on the market.
Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense and persistent, fine and elegant with fruity notes of unripe apple and vegetables.
Flavour: dry, of considerable structure and thickness and persistence. Pleasantly soft, full and balanced
