Production Area: Valdagno
Soil: volcanic soil, rich in tuff and basalt - 300 m. a.s.l.
Vinification: the grapes, harvested manually and in boxes, are softly pressed.
Aging: the wine remains in contact with its own yeasts until spring. The draught takes place after the addition of a portion of wine from previous vintages. The aging in bottle is 36 months.
Colour: bright straw yellow
Bouquet: the nose is expressed with mineral and creamy notes combined with fresh floral scents.
Taste: when tasted, the wine is fragrant and sustained by great freshness and sapidity that make it particularly elegant.
